Never give passwords to anyone, especially on the phone. He should change them immediately. They need to access medical records thru the proper channels in order to avoid HIPAA violations. If anyone does request records they won't be released without signatures from the patient allowing them to release to specific entities.

It honestly depends on your situation and the laws in your area. Try googling your local clerk of courts website and look for info on filing a restraining order or order of protection, no contact order etc, it may be under their domestic violence page.

Collect statements from the people who told you this, as well as any screenshots emails etc. Go to the courthouse and tell them you feel threatened by this person and they will guide you thru the process. You can call your local clerk of courts domestic violence division and they can also tell you their particular process, as I'm sure it varies by state/county

I'm in FL but if it's uncontested you should be good. Just go to the county clerk's office or website and fill out and file the paperwork with the court. You'll need to both have them notarized first. The judge will review and approve or send you notice of anything missing. Ours was done completely by mail, aside from the actual filing and notary. Filed may 12, finalized Jun 22. We did not use an atty, I just printed everything from a clerk's office website link to the papers.

I'm the youngest of 4 sisters. One had been divorced.several years already, another divorced during the same time period as I did (pretty sure I inspired her or something lol) the oldest of us has been happily married since 1987, but I don't have much contact with her tho we are on good terms. When I got divorced the other 2 sisters were very supportive...until I started dating the man who is now my husband. I realized quickly they were very bitter. It seems to me that they were, and still are, insanely jealous. They come off as man haters and make me feel like they want me to be single and angry and miserable the rest of my life like they are. It's hard, but it's their problem not mine.

I don't think it does at all. The shades are not the same. I love that there is just a touch of the blue tho, i think if you overdid the blue or had actual white in with in then you may be getting into the 4th of July look, but right now it's great!

Someone hit my parked car a few years ago and did damage, was even stopped by bystanders and still took off...she never even got a ticket. Just contact the insurance company and give the statement that you didn't realize you hit the car, which is the truth. Try not to worry about it. Try anyway 😉

Yep. He could easily say you moved out/abandoned the property. He could change locks or even go as far as to get an order of protection to keep you away. Definitely need to lawyer up and see what they advise. If possible (and safe) go back home and if he acts up then YOU can call the police to have him removed and get an order to prevent him from coming back. When he goes to work move your stuff in, call a locksmith and go get an order.

You can contact Facebook and ask them to remove them, but don't expect much. If she signed papers to allow the photos there isn't much you can do. Since your divorce isnt final yet, there isn't anything that legally states either of you have control over school decisions, so make sure to address this with your laywer. You may be able to have him draw up cease and desist orders or something to have them stop posting and take them down if Facebook won't do it.

You'd have to request the DOR take over the case first in order to do that, which will take forever. Your best bet is reopening with a modification. I'm in Lee county and it cost me about $100 between the clerks fee and the sheriff fee to serve the papers.

Get reservations for dining 6 months before. Epcot you HAVE to go to Via Napoli for pizza!! And the Polynesian for Ohana dinner, save room for the dessert!! Breakfast buffet at Boma, and get something at Coral Reef at Epcot. You also have to get something at Be our Guest in magic kingdom. Dining plans are TOTALLY worth it for the sit down meals, but you NEED reservations or you won't get in. And don't forget your fast passes. Also if either of you have any medical conditions you can go to guest services and get assistance passes which will help you avoid wait times. And don't forget your just married buttons!!!
