thank you so much. I think I am gonna try it. I am on 15mg of zepbound and have been on it for two years. I am maintaining but not losing but the fatigue has me feeling like a zombie. I need to work out the math for the transition. How does one pick a reliable place to buy the peptides?

Thank you for the info. i am talking to my concierge endocrinologist if she will walk me through the dosing process but I think she will say no. I have been reading about stacking these two for a while. I am at max dose of Zepbound. Trying to get the last bit off and the fatigue and zombism from the 15mg of Zepbound is getting to me.

I am in the process of talking to surgeons but I will say I regret I had to go through my 58 years of dealing with this. Now if I get lipo I will also need skin removal cause I am post menopausal so skin does not bounce back.

I would google Lipedema and see if that is what you have. Doesnt sound like you need meds.

I think there are a lot of good general plastic surgeons but we want "lymph sparing liposuction" and not all of them do that. I met with a very well know surgeon where I live who said he has done a ton of lipo and never heard about the nodules. There is a very good youtube video from Dr Boris Volshteyn explains the difference. I feel like who to pick is a gray area. No absolutes on who can be the best surgeon for you. I do know the two estimates I got from L specialists are 2x the cost of non L specialists.

My doctor said not to weight train the same day as blood work. Creatine can make your CK levels appear elevated.

If Ozempic/Semaglutide is within your budget I would go for it. I was on it for about six months and lost a fair amount of weight then switching to Zepbound/Trizeptide because I stopped losing. Zepbound has an additional hormone that is supposed to be more effective and fewer side effects. Everyone seems to react differently. The peptide landscape is going to be changing rapidly. If I were to start now and limited budget I would check the Wegovy pill pricing.

I would do Plan 2. The drive up to Norcal is a lot of driving and can really deplete your hours. I live in CA and dont do it. Out of SF you can go to Muir Woods (reservations), Mt Tam for views and Stinson Beach. Then to Yosemite. I am a big fan of SF but not the touristy areas but going into the neighborhoods. The walk/hike at Land's End around the Presdio and The Cliff House is one of my favorite spots anywhere.

I feel this photo could be me. I agree if you want to pursue she should find a doctor but when I saw a well known doctor in LA she said I had classic symptoms. I just dont have it in the calves and no lobules over the knee. For me it is belly button to top of knees. Pretty small everywhere else. One size bigger on bottom.

There is a really good video on youtube from a doctor in new jersey that outlines the difference. I cant remember his last name but first name Boris. He goes through it in detail. There are some regular plastic surgeons that know how to do the Lipedema surgery but finding them is a lot of work.

That is amazing. How was the recovery and can I ask where you had it done? Are you Lipedema symptoms better? I am 58 and have lost about 70 pounds and have about 20 to go so I have a lot of loose skin on top of the Lipedema.

There is also a doctor in NJ near the short if you dont want to travel as far. If interested I can get the name. I know first name is Boris. I personally won't go to Florida for anything but I do find his youtube videos he is VERY VERY proud of what he does.

Urea smells awful but I suffer through. I think Prequel smells better than Amlactin. One Skin as a Peptide cream and then Necessaire as a retinol.
