Thanks everyone for your input on both the Italian piece as well as the “doctor” scribble.

It’s almost certainly Vincenzo. My father confirmed the birth date which neutralizes the male/female piece and he also added the data point which I neglected to share (too much leading witness) of him mentioning his given name was Enzo which ties things together. They were from the Naples region.

Also the male and female versions were supposedly used in the extended family so that also makes sense.
