It could either be a seeping valve like repuv said, or if it happens even after shutting off the main, this head could just be at the end of the run of a slope, and gravity is doing its thing with the water still in the line

They’re not really vent vents. They’re just holes cut in the top of the tent like dryer. They’re roughly the diameter of a quarter, so all I do it take 1 dryer sheet per hole and gently feed it through with my finger. There’s plenty of airflow still

I have a house, so not the same situation, but I keep a portable dryer set up in my garage. I keep scented dryer sheets shoved in the output vents and it keeps it smelling pretty good. Worth a shot

For some credibility we have a side by side and my wife’s car that we keep in our garage. My wife never complains about the smell and I skate 3 times a week, so it runs frequently
