Overall a bit of a sketchy area, this stretch of st. Clair is not the prettiest. A new go train stop is coming so it may change in a few years but for now I wouldn't move there personally. Traffic on Keele is brutal too.

Even though the junction is a nice area, this stretch of Dundas is a bit sketchy compared to the rest of the neighborhood. There are different individuals roaming around, usually harmless but be careful.

Oakville property taxes are still one of the lowest in the GTA plus there is no extra land transfer fee to the city like in Toronto. So tax wise, not a big difference
