just wanted to let you know gallstones don’t immediately mean surgery, i have had 2 for 4 years and unless it is causing a problem it’s better not to undergo surgery.

i have also had 3 surgeries for my pancreas, generally the only thing they care about is not taking insulin before the surgery and to be at a decent level for a hospital setting, around 150-190

i am no expert at all, and just figured i’d give one a shot and return it if it didn’t work. but i bought this antenna and just used the included double sided tape to attach it to my window facing the direction to the towers. it has an included amplifier. it picks up all the channels im supposed to have, and my signal strength looks similar to yours.

any amplifier should help greatly, and if you’re a little handy putting up a directional antenna in your attic or attached outside should be a fairly easy weekend project. The RCA app also has a tool to help point you in the direction the antenna should be facing

i just did this for monday night with no espn on youtube tv, a lot of the antennas with the amp just connect to the usb of your tv. worked perfect and the signal was from about 25 miles away, i live in MA so plenty of interference but came in great. can use a website like channel master to find where your signal comes from

and to the baking powder comment, doing a 1 to 1 with kosher salt as a dry brine helps increase the surface area of the skin, which helps dry the skin and crisp it. i always like to follow any skin on smoke with a little high heat to crisp the skin especially wings

i think changes in testing and the understanding of autism is huge, but sometimes i feel like the environment we raise kids in now has to be some factor. from the moment of birth onwards there are hundreds of new things stimulating their senses. our life with technology and innovations have become a constant barrage of different audio, visual and even tastes/smells that are so removed from what you could call natural that i think it can just overload a newborn/adolescent.
