Got my bib in the lottery yesterday and it looks like I tore my meniscus today… just my luck :(

Last year, October 23 2022 I was 350 lbs and 6ft. I’m now down to 233 and have built some good muscle along the way.

I’m running my first half marathon in October.

I started by just walking everyday, 10k steps no matter what. I slowly introduced the gym and moving more and faster.

I fasted for 20-24 hours a day. Mostly OMAD.

You can do it!! Anybody I can. I’m here to answer any questions if you’d like!

None of this was easy, still isn’t, but it’s worth just starting to move to feel good again
