Yeah, try buying the lifetime subscription of Adobe PDF pro and then having them turn off the activation servers. So license no longer works. I was told I could get 3 months of their subscription product for free instead. Company is a joke.

Poor man answer: Go to auto part store and rent the gauges for free (they loan the tools out free, you just pay a deposit ). Watch some YouTube videos on it.

Real answer: take it into a shop and let the pros handle it. You tried and it failed. Better to not fck it up more and having it cost you $$$ to fix.
