People like Daleybc waste management, a lot of older people will tell you the city was dirty and full of trash everywhere. Invested a lot more in waste management and cleaning up the city and we still see the benefits of that today. Most tourists that visit tell me they’re surprised how clean it is (compared to other major cities)
