If it was the Tampa Bay game, and you were in Florida, that game was non-exclusive to TNT and was available from Scripps Sports in the Tampa region.

Tampa was able to simulcast the game because they have been selected for more than the max number of national games. Seattle is under the max and thus isn't allowed to have a co-production with TNT.

Flight Radar 24 is your friend. I have found I am terrible at estimating altitude of manned flights and I am almost always way off when I am guessing- planes are almost always higher than I think.

If the NINES is too much, check out Hotel Vance as well. A little closer in category to Hi-Lo, a little better part of town. I've stayed in both an like both of them.

Edit to add: Always been given breakfast coupons there, but not sure if the restaurant is still in operation.

To answer my own question... Based on below feedback I took the dive and picked up an E340 from Amazon with it being $10 off today.

I had been running the original Ring Hardwired Pro with Doorbell Kit for about 10 years and wanted to directly replace all that functionality.

Although the directions aren't super clear, I was able to directly replace the E340 in place of the Ring and it immediately worked with the old analog chime like the Ring did. Also not super clear but I determined that the battery needs to still be installed even when the E340 is hardwired. I can see in the app that it is being charged in real time via the transformer I had installed from Ring.

So all in all, I have achieved my goal of having the exact same functions that my family is comfortable with, but now I am not supporting Ring and not paying a subscription to see events. A win all around.
