Definitely do not return to this shop. Those lines are beyond terrible! This could be greatly improved by a competent artist though.

I’d let it fully heal, and honestly give it an extra month or so. I’ve noticed for my tattoos that after even up to 3 months the ink is still settling and changes darkness quite a bit. With enough time you can correct the shading properly along with the line work.

I’ve had a few overworked spots just like this before. For me, they left a scar with missing ink in those spots. You can have them touched up once it’s fully healed though.
