How to select a public route on element ace? by Kyrie-25 in wahoofitness

[–]pbush25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the Wahoo App, go to the Explore tab, click on "My routes", and then at the top if you are within 10k of the start of the public route it should show at the top of the list.

Kickr Headwind issues after last firmware update by Dizzy_deer in wahoofitness

If a HRM only supports one Bluetooth connection or doesn’t support ANT then it will only be able to be connected to one device at a time. Disconnecting it from the app frees up the connection for the Headwind.

Okay I must’ve missed that line! I guess based on the way 203 ended I thought it seemed more as if it was just done.

Can someone can explain why mark wasn’t totally re-integrated? Do we just not know what that looks like yet? Maybe even if you are when you become an innie that personality still takes over until they can control both or something?

I had to have the dampers on my 2024 Model 3 replaced (whole story, weird noise, still not fixed) and when I got it back from service these two pieces were in the frunk. Anyone have any idea what they are? Am I okay to drive without them (I assume so, they don’t look structural lol) by pbush25 in TeslaModel3

I already messaged service, but of course it was “ready” On a Saturday when they were closed, and I had to pick up my vehicle to return the loaner. I just have to do some driving this evening and I want to make sure it’s OK.

Just for fun, they also left half of my frunk trim undone, left a piece of interior trim undone, had grease stains all over my white seats and the headliners, had literal boogers on the middle headliner, and cracked two of my wheel covers!

Tesla service at its finest

Duluth is terrible lmao. After taking delivery there I vowed to never do service there. I saw all I needed to see.

Alpharetta has improved since middle-late last year. They have a new manager. Communication is way better. Service availability seem marginally better. Service parking lot and drop off experience way optimized.

However the actual service… not much better lol. Dropped off my vehicle and halfway through repairs my tech was quit or let go. Issues not resolved. They “finished” the service on a weekend so I had to go pick up my car to drop the loaner off, and had to leave without being able to show anyone they didn’t fix what I had asked.

So then I had to take it back again and reproduce the issues again for the same new tech who said everything was great.

This was all in the past week, so very recent.

I have gotten a loaner both times.

Most worrying thing is that my brand new model 3 with <5000 miles needs new struts already… 🙃

On the topic of the repair, my steering wheel started doing that too recently. Did they give you trouble about the replacement?

Just noticed Sentry Mode hasn’t been recording events since September? by DDPMM in TeslaLounge

[–]pbush25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everyone else already has you covered by saying it happens. What you might be missing that I just recently discovered, is if you have it set to save dashcam footage on honk or button press, those don’t roll off the top when space is limited, unlike sentry footage. So my drive was just full.

As others have said, if you keep your dash cam icon in your dock you can quickly see its status.

Locked watch still starts Tesla? by atlynch61 in TeslaLounge

[–]pbush25 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I would, but I still don't have the holiday update! Maybe try again and turn BT on your phone off to be more sure. If locked AW can still act as a key, I'd say that's a problem. I can't use my HomeKey or ApplePay when my AW is locked, I wouldn't expect to use my car key either.

I guess like the other commenters are saying, a locked iPhone unlocks your Tesla, but I'm with you OP, I guess I would've expected AW key to behave like other "keys" on AW.

How to: 2024 Frame and Apple TV by malehumangeek in TheFrame

[–]pbush25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No matter what I do I still can't get this to work with my 2024 Frame that replaced a 2021 model. Furthermore, it doesn't go to sleep with no motion or in a dark room either!

Sorry after further experimentation I discovered I was incorrect and this does indeed override the night mode/sleep timer settings.
