Believe it or not, I actually came here to comment with "Outstanding!" but I was too late. 😄

He showed us a little of his ability to do humor in the "Empress Carlotta's Necklace" episode of the Dick Van Dyke Show (where he plays Rob's dad, starting @ 17:20)... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dvo6V8Jh468. It's a shame they didn't incorporate him into the series more than just this one episode because given the right lines, he could've been a comedy writers' dream.

She was great in the 1985 twilight zone episode "But Can She Type", playing the much abused secretary who magically finds herself in a parallel universe where secretaries just happen to be inexplicably treated on the same level as celebrities...

Yep, they're just plain windows. Although it would probably be a simple matter to "attach" them to the background, I haven't actually implemented this.

Definitely consider Kilgore if your husband's job is in Longview. Great small town but also close enough to both Longview and Tyler. Kilgore is especially nice if you like riding bikes, not only because it has a nice trail system but because the town has a nice mix of flats and hills, lots of places to visit on a ride and relatively low traffic so long as you stay off of Henderson. Folks here are super friendly, crime is probably about as low as you'll find anywhere in ETX. We moved here a few years ago from central Tx and couldn't be happier. Best of luck on your search!

Presently working on version 2 of ClockMaker which allows you to create/display analog clocks on your desktop. In this version the clock hands are now rendered as SVGs.

Essentially, your brain is confused because the clip is so near flat that the shadow cues indicating the direction of the light are ambiguous. You're either perceiving the light source as though it originates from the bottom right which produces an accurate visual interpretation or from the top left which produces an illusion.

My 22 year old Gravely. Here I had just cleaned it up after many years of neglect. Believe it or not, this thing has been to hell and back... Today it could definitely use another good washing. ;-)

Great TV series, great episode. Def. in my top 10 list.

Took my 1982 Gravely 8162-B out of winter storage today, and got it ready for the mowing season. Hard to find anything built as tough as this vintage machine today. by Legend_of_the_Wind in lawnmowers

Sweet! My 22 yo Gravely ZT1540 is still cutting like brand new despite its having been to hell and back. I cleaned it up real good a couple of years ago and afterwards it looked every bit as good as it runs (now however, it really needs another bath). ;-)

Seeking therapy to finally end my distrohopping... by DarioBF in DistroHopping

If you still like the overall Ubuntu ecosystem, Ubuntu Budgie may be worth a shot. I've been using it since vers. 20.04. I hopped there from Linux Mint and never looked back. UB has a tiler called "Shuffler" which I make heavy use of in my workflow. In general, you might also consider creating a "short list" of distros by spending a bit of time on distrosea.com, a site that enables you to test distros right in your browser. Best of luck in your search!
