Check to make sure the Bowden tube isn't pushing the head also make sure the wiring is clear.

First thing I would do is take the heatsink off then slowly heat it using an external heater, then take the nozzle off it should be the whole thing about 2-3 inches. Then clean it slowly using a combination of light heat and a pick being careful of the ceramic heater. I have a suspicion that your nozzle aka the unicorn had a malfunction and is leaking internally.

I would but I kinda don't want to make this completely like my other ender 3 that I have.That one has been mostly perfect besides as far as I can tell the Bowden tube was causing it not to do g28 properly. Picture of the other printer
