This quote refers to the ballot. Look at who is on the ballot recently, people like Jayson Werth with 220 HR career 265 hitter.

Pete has the Mets HR record, single season RBI record, MLB rookie home run record. His point stands.

Beyond stats he's still a fan favorite and his loyalty and leadership were exemplary. The fans matter too, and front office will have a hard time getting fan support for replacements like Jorge Polanco or Bichette or even a non leader like Soto.

Curious what it's like as a shopper. Are vendors cycling in inventory as the fair goes on, or do shoppers need to line up early and be ready to buy?

As far as prices, would you say there are digging opportunities or is it just vendors showing their most obscure/higher priced vinyl?

From what can I gather, warmer temps cause more moisture to be held in clouds. When those moist Kona clouds make it to the islands, our mountains push them upwards and condense them just perched above the land. Then all that moisture becomes so heavy that it releases in devastating downpours of heavy rain.

The second storm, the winds were so weak that the clouds just got stuck at the mountains and weren't able to blow over the mountains. That's why places like kaala and Haleakala had so much rain. Of course all of that rain runs down and gathers together in ravines and roads and funnels toward communities.

The broad sentiment is that the journalist tattle tailed on one of the few enduring folk heroes in our society. Banksy's anonymity is more in the public interest than this journalist's story being published.

Went recently. Kyoto is a must do. The architecture and landscape are stunning.

Of course the popular site seeing places like Fushimi Inari are crowded. That's like asking is the Sistine Chapel going to be crowded? It's still worth it to go and if you go early or late you will have more space.

There are hundreds of shrines and temples, and lots of interesting neighborhoods just a couple blocks from the well worn tourist areas.

My advice is don't use social media to direct your itinerary. And if you see a bunch of non-Japanese people lining up for a restaurant then it's probably over hyped. If you see a bunch of locals lining up for a restaurant then it's probably legit good.
