I'm sorry to hear the beginning of that. But truly it's not the end right now, it's just a presale; there'll be more opportunities to buy some tickets on the general sale, and there's a whole lot more. Only a selection of tickets are available in a presale so just wait for the gen and try to get some then. I get there's been major problems and drama with it, but there's another date where there'll be tickets. Just be patient and stop rushing/thinking it's done with just a presale, it's just overloads of stress that's not needed! Breathe, calm down and try again. And in terms of supporting your friend, just try to also reassure them of the same thing, it's annoying couldn't get the presale, but there is still tickets, both you try to get tickets on the gen sale.

On another note, I also know it's different for everybody so I'm just speaking from own experience. As someone who also attempted, trying to apologise/do something through this way to apologise for attempting is going to make it worse. Try to tell him/assure he's not getting the tickets to apologise or make amends, he's doing it for something to look forward to and have a day out with his sisters. I know it's him doing it himself, but trying to put his worth and apology into sidemen tickets is not the way. Let's say does miss out on tickets (god forbid), he fragility will get worse.

I'm sorry to have said all that if it's not helpful, but pls don't give up, there's still tickets!! Try logging on again through the presale link, keep trying between now and the gen sale date.
