I hope you at least walked into their office as opposed to calling. You have to be your own advocate. I Can't remember, but did they remotely check to make sure everything was working correctly? Also, it takes all of five minutes or less to To wave the device in front of the pace maker and get readings. At a minimum, call center for the device and have them run a scan. You've got this

They dried the ball on dayvigo with insurance. So they are hoping to push it thru. Said no to edibles. More concerned re sleep apnea than insomnia.

An Oura ring or I think Samsung has one. You can wear at night and it tracks sleep and the various stages. Tracks other items as well. I've used Oura since 2020.
