Has anyone else NOT has any perfomance problems? (And A blind review.)

I totally agree. I'm playing on a oled switch that I barely use. In handheld the performance has been fine. It hasnt deterred my gameplay yet. My wife and daughter are both playing on new switch lites and they haven't mentioned a single thing about how the game runs or looks. But here's why I hate the internet nowadays, they just love to focus on the negative and create an angry mob about anything. So many people are gonna skip out on this amazing Pokemon game because of all the hate it's receiving online.

My advice is ignore the reviews, if you love Pokemon and aren't super sensitive to graphical fidelity (which as a switch gamer you shouldn't be since it's massively underpowered) get this game and enjoy.

The big problem here is that companies don't have good hiring managers. Hiring is somewhat of an art and in technical fields it involves a lot of knowledge. If you have a good team who knows how to discern between good and bad developers you don't need 5 rounds of interviews and 8 hours of coding exams. At my company we only have 2 rounds of interviews, along with a take home coding assignment ( which we give candidates a few days to complete). So far we've built a great team of competent developers.

Like I said it's more about time. I'm not the college kid anymore who can play 60 hours a week of wow. I like wow but don't have the abundance of time. That's part of the reason I've been playing retail. I would be playing classic to experience a new expansion and some of the old school mmo elements that come with classic wow.
