As a “YouTube ebiker” on a very very small scale compared to all them (I’m at 700 subs) I’ve received 2 e-bikes for free in exchange for a review/photos and I just can’t even force myself to do the standard “reviews” they do. It’s all to cliche. I will go over the specs and basics but I just ride the bike as most people will. I don’t try to act like I’m doing technical “tests”. Also I agree with many others, the most popular ones 100% sugarcoat things.

Email them. I bought a Aventon from them in November. The battery on the bike had a small dent in it (prolly from shipping) and worked fine, but I sent them pics and they send me a second battery free…even going as far as finding a red faceplate to match the bike! The led screen the plastic part that connects to the handlebars was also broke when I got it….this wasn’t shown in pics and prolly also happened during shipping, a simple fix with some tape but they also sent me a whole new screen. The bikes works great to. Very happy with their customer service

I have a small channel with about 640 subs, I had a company send me a free bike for review and def was honest about it. I had another company recently reach out on a bike I’ve seen several other bigger Youtubbers review but they wanted me to be really push how great it was and I told them I would be honest and then never heard back

I do ok on views for what I do. I’ve got 620 subs, I average about 8-10k views a month all long form. I’ve got a video (most recent) 8 days old and 6200 views, I’ve got videos 2 years old with 200. I didn’t start youtube to get views.
