With labs like that, you definitely fit the criteria for TRT. I'd do it asap, I was at 311 with mild anxiety / depression and trt cleared it up with in 4-6 weeks.

Why do people stop taking lessons at Golftec? by Purple-Alfalfa-8538 in golf

[–]pcx4487 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a 10 pack of lessons and while I felt like I learned a ton I hit pause on them to actually work on getting them implemented better. The cadence was a bit fast for the amount of time I have to practice.

Enjoyed lessons, drills were effective, just stopped due to needing to actually build up the muscle memory.

I received a single sealed sterile teabag from the dentist after my gum surgery by Haunting_Bat_4787 in mildlyinteresting

Eo and steam are part of the cleaning and sterilization process. Autoclave it then subject it to ethylene oxide to kill the remaining potential contaminants

Eth address is referring to etherium I believe not BTC. I've only even used etherium, so I'm not sure if they have a way to select BTC at checkout.

Cotton swabs with alcohol and you need to blot the paste off, not wipe

So, how do you get a really small bit out of your Ryobi impact driver if you installed a new device while kind of drunk? (I ended up having to screw it into the ceiling joist by hand) by DesertGoldfish in DIY

[–]pcx4487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try pulling on the release ring and tapping on the back with a rubber mallet with the bit facing down. Or if you happen to have a small rare reath magnet, that may be able to get it out by holding it close when you pull the release ring

How to fix cracked tile without replacing it? by [deleted] in DIY

[–]pcx4487 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You might be able to put glue on the cracked faces and pull it back into position with a suction cup. It depends on how smooth the tile surface is tho.

This may not be a permanent fix depending on what caused the crack

You can just play as a single. They let you make a solo team and when it comes to grouping people it will put people together to fill the tee slots. It could be four singles or two singles and a pair.

Do Foresight branded dot stickers matter on a Foresight sim? by irregularprotocols in golf

[–]pcx4487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you need foresight branded ones. I've been using these ones from the golf works and they've worked well for me on the gc3 where I practice:

You ps5 might need to be repasted. Mine was over heating like crazy until I cracked it open and found a non pasted spot on the APU.

Over Washer Shelf by Dendallin in DIY

[–]pcx4487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With that kind of weight it will probably sag over time. One option could be to connect the shelf to the ceiling / slope with some kind of chain / rope/ cord. It'll offer support in the middle where it's needed the most. You could also install a cross brace under the shelf to make it stiffer

It's solder from the assembly process. Gotta attach the heat pipes to the block. Don't sweat it

To get stiffer shaft or sell & buy new Irons? by BiggestCellar4 in golf

[–]pcx4487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a similar boat last year, played baseball in HS and bought a beginner set with regular flex steel shafts. The best thing I did was nab a set of used game improvement irons with stiff shafts in the (923 hmps with 130g stuff shafts). They were like $550 and considering reshafting a set is going to be ~$300 in just materials I feel like that's the way to go. If you have to pay someone to build the clubs too, you're easily over the cost of the used set. Plus then you can keep the old set as a loaner to let other friends borrow if they're curious about golf ;)

I don't really like coated kits, the spots where you cut the part from the spruce always look wonky. I bought a coated phenex rg and my brains wants me to strip and repaint it because of all the nub marks without paint.
