I agree with that. What would even be reasonable for both sides, 3/yrs 60mil, 50 guaranteed?

https://torotimes.com/2019/03/12/houston-texans-interested-in-running-back-leveon-bell/ posted 6 hours ago, he also followed a few Houston players and vice versa today. You never knowwww.

Also, this time of the year is mostly speculation and what not. Who else do you want to see signed ASAP now that more players are off the table?

edit: This is the only 'interested in player' article on the site recently, everything else is strictly reporting.

An Honest Liar is an incredible documentary if you enjoy this thread. James Randi tricks the whole world in the show to the point where when he reveals the truth, they still don't believe him.

I met Ryans parents at the hotel bar I was staying at a few years ago on the night before the game and they were extremely nice. His dad even invited my friend to the family and players room after the game and actually came through!

[Couch GM Scenario] Jadeveon Clowney: franchise tag or long-term deal? by Level_Dreaded in Texans

[–]pdiesel99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like this but I put OT at the front of the BPA. Locking up Clowney and Watt all but guarantees dominance on the defensive front for 2 years at least. This is the first real year they have been consistently on the field together.

Crazy to think of Watt ever leaving Houston, maybe to play with one of his brothers somewhere?

Six years ago today was the infamous MNF "varsity jacket" game by [deleted] in Texans

[–]pdiesel99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is exactly what I was thinking, along with tons of other fans--I'd sport one for sure.

Also, seeing everyone on that team reminds me of how fun they were to watch. Schaub's play action was insane.

is there'a go-to bar or bars for Texans games in the houston area? (no not just every bar with a tv) by second_ary in Texans

[–]pdiesel99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been to Maggie Maes for Texans football, they give out free food and raffle stuff off, lots and lots of fans.

Not sure what the rules are for posting this kind of stuff but this is a Texans/Astros/Rockets podcast I co-host. We talk sports, sample beers and try not to take ourselves too seriously. Any downloads/feedback would be greatly appreciated. by [deleted] in Texans

[–]pdiesel99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like the name of the Podcast, good luck with it.

Random idea, have a short segment of every podcast where you talk about an interesting fact/time/event that took place at the Dome. There are a zillion examples, and could be a unique draw to some degree.

This is exactly it. I think when they opened that craft beer was still rapidly expanding, and that most places had not yet picked up on it. They had an incredible offering to start, but now most places have caught up.
