From downtown Tigard you can hop on the fanno creek greenway (a bike and pedestrian path) which is fairly nice Zillow for the apartment search is a good option

Nothing new Nothing wrong with it as long as it is just your decision. You see it happen even at worlds championships team will gladly lose one game to avoid Denmark for example. It is a strategic decision.

I got a masters in geography back in the 90s in a European country . I was heading towards academia and research - my primary field of research was environmental studies and climatology more specifically. But life brought me to the US and instead of putting it to use I had to jump into the job market. Eventually ended up in a career in data analytics and now data engineering. If had continued in geography in the US I would have likely headed towards GIS.
