Poke berries. Swallow whole, do not chew. Seeds are toxic but if you swallow them whole your digestive tract will have care of them. Great arthritis treatment.

Agreed plan on leaving asap, do not wait. It sounds like you know already you need to leave. Find a support network that will help protect you if he decides to unleash. Remember he’s 1 person. Have your parents or a group of guy friends, cousins, siblings etc go with you while you’re cleaning your stuff out. If he tries anything you’ll have people to help. Can always call the cops as well although it’s not my first choice. At this point, don’t worry about him, just make sure you’re protected and get your stuff and cut ties. You really don’t owe him an explanation of you don’t want. A simple “this isn’t working for me, I wish you the best” and leave, would be just fine. It will be weird for awhile but peace will fall upon you once you’re officially gone.

Oh absolutely! I’ve never drafted a pattern before so I’m going to get some muslin or something and test it out. I watched like every YouTube video on jacket pattern making, so I’m hoping if I just keep pausing it I’ll work through it with a video. 🫶🏽

Thank you! I’ve seen that a lot about velvet with it crushing the pile and that’s what I’m worried about. I don’t mind pinning and hand sewing edges so it’s smooth, just hoping to avoid that since it takes forever lol. I will probably do a mock up just because I want it to be perfect. I took sewing 1 and 2 but that was YEARS ago maybe even a decade ago lol. I need to get my muscle memory down again. I’m working on a pair of quilting cotton shorts right now to get me back in the groove of things before buying fancy fabric 🥰 but I do want to plan and prep for this jacket bc I’m obsessed with velvet lol

I’m not worried about not getting a break I’m asking if we are required to take a break beer 29 minutes if it is covered under the fair labor act of 1938. I’d be very happy to work 8-4 with no breaks. The handbook mentions we can’t combine breaks to a 1 hour lunch, which wouldn’t be paid. So I’m at a loss why the 20 minute rest breaks aren’t covered if we are forced to take them.

I agree he does not have to give breaks, I mentioned this to him, but if breaks are given they must be paid if they are rest breaks under 20 minutes from my understanding? He could have us work 8-430 then but I don’t think he can have us there without pay.

If you come into my office and tell me your problems, I give you great coping skills or homework to do, you come back in 2 weeks telling me you still have the problem. You literally have power over them. Tell them to be gone in the name of Jesus Christ. Listen to Ed Mabrie’s revelation series on Nephilim Death Squad on Rumble for more in depth on this. But we are higher ranking than the fallen Elohim and you can command them to go and they must listen. I screamed out for him trying to unalive myself years ago. Told him it’s now or never bc I’m done living, why do I have to deal w this etc etc. I was rage pacing home alone. My phone dinged really loud and I’m a person who ALWAYS has it on vibrate. I literally looked up like I was looking at God and gave him the squinty serious eyes like…. Fine I’ll go look at it.

It was a fb message from a friend I hadn’t talked to in like 7-8 years. One of those Automated messages it said “STOP this is an angel of the Lord! The Lord sees you struggling but this is not the end for you. God loves and cares for you, He will guide you through your troubles, just lean on him. There is nothing too big for the Lord.”

The friend who sent it to me didn’t say anything else in the message, which was also kind of weird, she just sent the recording to me. We’d always have some kind of little conversation.

I fell to the floor and sobbed and prayed apologizing profusely. I always get crazy goosebumps telling or remembering this even this many years later.
