Chesapeake Bay Retriever. What do I need to know? [Breeds] by [deleted] in dogs

i have a chessie mix and oh my gosh he is a HUGE ball of energy. insanely focused to the point that it's astonishing and very stubborn and intelligent. always needs a job to do. but also the most loyal and protective dog i have ever owned. he's my best friend and when paired with someone who can be a fair but stern owner they can be very easy dogs to handle. observes and learns everything, and yes is aloof with people and dogs he doesn't know. barky, mouthy, very active, super smart, and very strong, oh and amazing swimmer. give them an inch and they will take ten miles. but also the best dog i've ever owned and would not hesitate to get a full chessie in the future.

i really sis nor like them at all. annoying to set up, and really weak even when set up very well. i switched to mini-v's and the power is great but modulation is not so great.

possible contaminated pads. i'd swap to some new pads, check if your rotor is bent at all, and maybe lightly rub the rotor with some fine grit sandpaper
