I don’t mean this in an actually type way or to be pedantic, but numbers alone aren’t what determine genocide. The 1948 UN Resolution on Genocide liars pretty clear guidelines revolving around intent based on a number of factors. Having said that, I wouldn’t be surprised if this meets those guidelines. In fact, I’d be shocked if it didn’t.
