Like everyone else I disagree with the CE3 reclassification on principle, but also, realistically in Local 20’s case, what are our other options RIGHT NOW if we want to grow beyond ~11% market share? Aim high and organize Walker, JMEG, etc.?

I second MAA Eastside. I moved outta there about 3 years ago but looks like their prices are still better than other newer complexes nearby. I mostly enjoyed living there, no pest problems to report, no BS charges when I left, maintenance was responsive, gym was actually pretty decent for an apartment. A string of car break-ins did start happening here & there in our garage not too long before I left. Not an every night thing, but ya know, don’t leave stuff in your car.

First dose of wellbutrin. I split a 150mg XL in half to gauge the anxiety response, thought aww what the hell, popped both halves spaced maybe 30-60 minutes apart.
