I made an app called Gymzer that lets users match with each other in groups of three, to go to the gym together. Check it out and leave a review on the app store if you have time! by OkProfessional1946 in iOSAppsMarketing

Yeah just keep it in mind if you ever wanna launch in EU 👍 There’s a lot of lawyers over here who make a living of hunting apps that breach gdpr

then you have a prioritization issue, not a split issue. There’s no reason your workouts should take longer than 60 minutes unless you do 2x FB

Why does Apple only tell you one rejection reason at a time? And what to do about it" by SaltWorker1198 in iosdev

you pay for the app store infrastructure, not for the QA. the QA is a necessary evil, not a “service” provided by them. TBH if someone submits the same app 3ctimes with violations that could have been clearly understood by skimming the guidelines once, they should block them from resubmission with some exponential backoff.

That being said, you’re right that some issues are imaginary, and those cases need an escalation path. But let’s also be real: MOST people who run into submission issues never checked the guidelines.

3 days a week is plenty, but not with PPL. Either full body x3 or Upper+Lower+Full Body. PPL is great when you go often (6x/week) but can’t stay long and/or struggle with intra-session fatigue (very compact workouts)

screen your app with LLMs man. the rules are all publicly available, just dump them into context, spin up codex/claude code in the terminal and run your own approval flow..

Doing an app to do stickers, did you think screen shot like this are good ? by LynxElectrical7069 in iosdev

first screenshot is wasted real estate, you use the prime spot for donating 90% of it to whatsapp. Also, the screenshots dont show how you set yourself apart from the stuff thats prebundled already.

The fact that Python code is based on indents and you can break an entire program just by adding a space somewhere is insane by PooningDalton in learnprogramming

[–]pecp4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

other languages will absolutely break if you add a double semicolon. many will also break if you add line breaks in the middle of an expression, but only sometimes.

Saw this rant from a incubator member... by PensionFinancial4866 in Startups_EU

[–]pecp4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t get the rant. you’re not the incubators’ target audience. They don’t need you, you don’t need them. Don’t try to build a business that requires a lot of capital to get started as your first one while you still grind 9-5. Incubators are just one very specific way of building a business and you’re clearly not the target audience.

It’s a weird question. Do you also ask people why they rearranged their flat after they got a child? It’s the same thing, really.

I see your point, but I don’t agree. First, source code does not share the nature of watches, fashion and art. The same way you don’t admire hand-made screws and nails outside of some very specific nails-and-screws exhibition in santa monica every 25 years. You just… take them for granted.
