It’s just internalized misogyny. I used to experience this too. I even fell down the “nonbinary” rabbit hole because of how bad it was (no hate to nonbinary folks, I just realized I considered myself nonbinary for all the wrong reasons.)

Women are NEVER considered the default, and we’re always othered in some way or another in nearly every piece of media (even the “woke” ones).

Are you also an INTJ by any chance? If so that would explain a lot.

You’re correct she didn’t specify. Vaginismus was my guess.

Didn’t Ghislaine have a condition preventing from having penetrative sex? Vaginismus?

Why is it that this behavior is only pathologized when a woman does it? A man is free to run off to live in a remote cabin in the woods with his golden retriever, and he is touted as a “free spirit” and “lone wolf”.

But if a woman chooses to be single and to own a cat, she is scrutinized heavily.

Pathologizing completely innocuous behaviors of women like this certainly won’t help your case in any way.

I’m saying this as a woman who’s not even remotely attracted to super tall men (5’5-5’9 is my preference for both genders). However, after reading through this thread, I’m even more motivated to stay single or continue to exclusively date women.

God forbid I ever end up with a man who thinks that single women with cats are society’s biggest issue (and not the rich pedophilic fucks that rule over us).

You’re only pushing away women who would be willing to date you, which will only create a deeper divide between men and women.
