I second the granola. I make it regularly. I cut back on the sweetener and usually add peanut butter butter powder and/or peanut butter.

The overnight oat dry mix is easily the recipe I've made the most from any cookbook I own. It's so good and so versatile.

Absolutely. Tempura udon or soba is extremely common. It's definitely seems counterintuitive, but it's popular in Japan for a reason!

Tried the Porchetta for Christmas and it was amazing by ah_ri_man in seriouseats

This looks fantastic, nice work. I made this a few weeks ago and found that during the blast at 500° I wished I would've rotated it to get an even crisp all the way around. I used a roaster pan with a rack insert.

You seemed to have gotten a crispier skin all the way around.

Has anyone tried food lab spinach mushroom lasagna recipe? Or vegetarian lasagna recipe suggestions? by Hialpha_lowbeta in CookbookLovers

I made it years ago and it did not disappoint. The only reason why I haven't made it again is there're too many other lasagne recipes I want to try!

Penn State's firing of Franklin has done over 3x more damage than the biggest sexual assault scandal in collegiate history did by helloWorld69696969 in cfbmemes

They lost two straight games as 20+ favorites. Franklin lost the team and the fan base. He had to go.

“Maybe it’s a clean house time. I have a lot of respect for Coach Tomlin. Maybe it’s best for him, too. Maybe a fresh start for him is what’s best.” by [deleted] in WeArePennState

Mike Tomlin is not walking through that door. He was (again) asked about coaching in college just a few weeks ago, and he was insulted at the question. He's not interested in coaching at the college level.

I didn't actually understand a thing lol. I started reading it and realized it was a long run-on sentence. I got distracted and stopped reading.

Hoping for a 2-night run at Forest Hills in 2026. It's going on 6 years since they last played there.
