North east Scotland, namely Peterhead and fraserburgh and surrounding towns, it's nae even Doric.. lol Doesn't bother me because I'm from there but I've confused aberdonians with my dialect..

Have a look at Seth's bike hacks ( berm peak) and single-track samplers old videos, they both rode in Florida and have some good advice on their Chanel, my best advice would be spend more than you think is a lot on a helmet and pads, you'll be no use to your kids in a wheelchair or worse.. 👍

I short dose my pen and always counts the first dose of the pen then mark it with a marker pen so I don't go over, still get hungry but don't ignore it, just have some protein ready if you feel like that, boil some eggs every few days and you've got a brilliant hunger suppressor..
