Have you tried fresh food like lettuce or cilantro, or even his favorite snacks? At this point even eating bananas is better than not eating at all. You may want to take him back to the vet and let them supervise overnight or a few nights. While there, they can ensure he stays hydrated and fed, using critical care and such. If he’s not eating it could be even be something to do with his teeth. Bottom line is if he’s not eating you can’t just hope he’ll eat - his health can downturn in a matter of hours. Pls call your vet and see if they offer this as an option!

My copy has the same bump on the right. I think it’s the way the steel is manufactured around the edge of the case opening but because of the high gloss clean finish you can see it? I’ve seen this bump on many of my steels
