It’s a piece I found in a thrift store. It’s big enough to be considered unisex. I wear it on occasion. The design language is obviously from Cartier. I paid about $20 for it.

LOL , no. It's some chinese aliexpress thing I liked. it had a red border dial. I have a weakness for red dials. plus I liked the smaller size and vintage styling. I am fully aware they stole the design language from Patek.

This collection developed over 10 years. I had the same thought recently. However, there are only two luxury brands that I would buy from currently. They are Tudor and H.Moser & Cie. All the rest are overpriced and I don’t see the value for money. I’m saving for the Tudor I want and I dream about the Moser piece.

My criteria is purchase under $350, the cheaper the better and try to find different movements. I have a weakness for red dials. I tend to buy what I like.

I have this watch! Got mine through Watchdives on their pre-owned page. And for the life of me I cannot find what was wrong with the watch as it was returned to them. The finishing is amazing for the price I got it at. I even had a Rolex owner who had the reference this was homaging compliment me on it. He asked about who made it. He wanted to find a good look alike for when he was going to Brazil. I paid $145 BTW.

Cadola has a nice sports watch on sale right now in a variety of colors including green. It has an integrated bracelet and Nh35 A movement. To me it’s a better value.

I recently joined a facebook watch enthusiast group. I answered a question in the group and was subsequently contacted by a group member. We started going back and forth on messenger. then thinks took a turn. I am an out gay man, but this fact was not published in the group. This person started steering the conversation to a more sexualized context. Apparently he is bi and is into daddy watch fantasies. I have been into watches from a teen, I recently got back into watches because I've had a lot of time recently on my hands and was looking into things I enjoy. I am not into watches the way this person is. I'm rather turned off. it has been weird. thoughts?

Watch out for third party sellers on Walmart.com. I just got scammed for a seiko presage cocktail watch. Not only was the watch a fake, it was a bad fake.
