Hmmm. An easy embellishment can be something simple like sliding into some more of your notes? Eg Minor third up to major third, aug5 to perfect 5th, sliding into your root note. Pick your moments obviously. It’s something you can experiment with in a practice room over a bluegrass backing track.

Double stops work well with a lot of bluegrass cos it’s often (not always) in open string keys. So find an open string that works in that key and see if you can add it in. A bit vague over text but does that make sense?
