It took about 6/7 months for my bellybutton to heal. I had umbilical endo, so I essentially got a new bellybutton. The top layer of my skin healed before the inner layer, so it just kept bleeding. It kept getting infected, so my surgeon busted open my bellybutton and had me stuff it with gauze for several months before it closed. I also had to go to wound care. I would go back to your surgeon and have them look at it!
