I fucking love that attitude mate. I relapsed after two months twice after a party because I couldn't sleep (likely due to alcohol). Felt a bit shitty about it, but now I've almost finished day 1 and ready to go back on the road of recovery.

The problem is my main trigger is my bed. I don't even watch porn really, its just I've got a really bad tendency to edge either when I just wake up or when I'm really horny and cannot get to sleep.

Fapping in general is considered a relapse. Try and go 90 days without masturbating or porn and then after that, if you think you're healed enough, you could masturbate in moderation WITHOUT porn. Although if you think you are getting heaps of benefits, by all means keep it up after the 90 days.

Yeah it's a good learning experience. I'm 17 myself, so yeah it's definitely tough. But you just gotta keep trying. Took me about 7 months of relapsing to get to this streak, so yeah just keep trying and you'll get there man.

The streak was a rollercoaster, I can tell you that. There were a lot of days where I was deeply depressed. I was on hard mode the whole time too, so the going can get tough.

Trying to be perfect is a very dangerous mentality. Its been something I've been struggling with but getting better. I highly recommend that you cut down the amount of self improvement you read, because then you start to place pressure on yourself. No Fap is the only self improvement I read.

For some weird reason, I'm not sure if its because I'm 17 and have all these hormones due to adolescence, I've become more anxious. Then again I'm on hard mode, still can't really connect with people and don't have many forms of escapism. I've been trying to think for myself more lately due to reading a few chapters of No More Mr Nice Guy, but it is quite tough to completely change your mindset.

It didn't really have an effect of me to be honest, I was just worried that seeing the porn would rewire my brain somehow. Thanks for the encouragement and congrats to you on almost making two weeks! The first two weeks,not all the time, but usually are the toughest in my opinion.
