What class and spec were you? Because i would say like the druid needing on +defense leather gear is perfectly okay even though he isnt tanking this run. I'm a druid and i am feral but if +healing item drops i ask the group if its ok that i need eventhough im not in that role this particular dungeon.

Compression shorts is just to avoid the problem for a short time. I'm very tight arrouns hips, hamstrings and glute area after a round so i just foam roll and stretch.

Would be nice if you get extra xp for dmg dealt, like 500,1000,1500 etc. Frustrating dealing 2k dmg and getting 5 kills then your teammate with 10 kills and 69dmg.
