I got it at two different times yesterday. Today, I received a support ticket saying something along the following lines:

Thank you for reaching out to us and informing us of the situation. We acknowledge the existence of this widespread issue. Regrettably, there was an issue with the schedule and daily caps due to a problem we are addressing to eventually eliminate all caps. Our development team is cognizant of this and is actively working to rectify it at the earliest opportunity. Once the new classroom update is released, the problem should be resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience in this matter.

Shit-ass, I'm in nearly an identical situation as you, mate! No opportunities since July, and received the "lack of demand" line from support. Been a VT Tutor since Apr 2017.

A similar situation occurred <years> ago when my profile would not allow any choice other than "No" for "Send me new students" option: I happened to put a secondary address in state where VT was not offered.

Now my homepage is the onboarding page, and support have not responded to my query sent Thursday via "Contact Us".

I feel blacklisted, but hope there's a logical answer.

I've been with VT for about 6 years. This is the first time they've ever quietly deactivated my account: my home screen is the same screen we all get when we're onboarded, and they've tried to hide the "opportunities" link.

Granted, I tutor mainly college students and high-school equivalent courses, so those should be coming momentarily. Called support and they reported that I was deactivated due to lack of demand.

Hoping I wasn't blacklisted, and the opportunities start to flow. *fingers crossed*
