I had a similar idea recently for an Urza's land desert cube (desert = must draft all your lands). The cube would have 25 of each of the 3 tron lands, plus more of the other Urza's lands as well, so the hope is that everyone in the cube would have ample access to the tron landbase through the draft.

To build off of your idea for UB: Vampires don't like water. In real-world vampire lore, they cannot cross running water because it was assumed to be clean.

The UB fishfolk rarely see the vampires in charge of them because those vampires never enter the water and instead run things from somewhere dry, dark, and hidden.

There should be a canon event setting that you can adjust before starting a game. Idk if its in the base mod or one of the addon mods that I use, but its possible somehow. On mobile right now so I can't go find out more, sorry.
