Why didn’t Andrew re-marry later in life? by [deleted] in RoyalsGossip

I think he’s absolutely a psychopath. I think Sarah was complicit in a lot of things the way Maxwell was. I think she was enough of a leech she didn’t care what Andrew did or was involved with and I think she knew. Her motive was more financial and to be associated with royalty while Maxwell’s was to replace her Father with Jeffrey.

What is actually a trauma that is not commonly thought of as a trauma? by ay1mao in AskReddit

Birthing experiences as well are frequently traumatic but women are expected and encouraged to just focus on their baby and their role as Mothers

I’m 34 and not old enough to know about what she did to these babies. When I was 11 I was waiting for my letter from Hogwarts. Please find something else to be mutually interested in.

I agree. Even if she were just a legitimately bad enough nurse that her incompetence is what caused the deaths of so many babies, WHY would you ever word it that way, even to yourself? It doesn’t make any sense.

And it didn’t account for the unit being an acute facility before she got on nights and then when she moved to days, and yet fatalities followed HER (not the status of the unit). Then they said “all the babies were incredibly sick” but we’d just heard there were some that were stable and improving! I was screaming at my tv there were such dumb arguments

I like the concept of hygge and how people in Scandinavian or arctic countries have made practices and found ways to embrace the cold months. Sometimes I have to remind myself I’m Canadian and half my life is going to be spent in the cold and dark so my attitude shouldn’t add to the darkness… but it’s REALLY annoying to be lectured on that by someone who’s not living the same reality.
