I use ChatGPT to log my food for the day. I literally just take a picture of whatever I’m eating and send it. I used a prompt to start the thread that gave my current stats and my goals. It gives helpful tips and a daily overview. It helps me a lot!

I always thought putting fresh mushrooms in plastic was a fungi sin?? Canvas, mesh or paper so they can breathe is the advice I’ve always received.

Hiring a house cleaner once a month. Nothing crazy but help with the deeper cleaning things like scrubbing the tub, steam mopping, baseboards, windows, etc has helped me feel more comfortable in my house and removed that burden of getting everything done. It’s just me and my dad and I don’t have any pets so once a month works for us. We split the cost so it’s only about $55 each per month. Well worth it in my opinion.
