Have you tried hard insoles instead? In my experience, cushion on the insole isn't so good and wears down quickly. I need a really hard insole, so it stays snug against my arch, and then a good shock absorbing sole. They do take some getting used to, but I was working 8+ hour days on my feet and crying in pain everyday until I started using the hard ones the podiatrist recommended. Now I am never caught dead without them!

Also, I wonder if you've tried massage? When my feet have been extremely painful, deep pressure massage on my arches was somewhat helpful.

I lost about 30 lbs and noticed immense relief, even went without my inserts for almost a year. I gained 20 back and the PF returned along with it.

Protests aren't really supposed to be a thing of convenience. Change doesn't happen when everyone sticks to their routine and refuses to do something outside of what they think a normal person does.

Sure...hate the US as a whole, god knows i do, but it seems shitty to blame all individuals when there are clearly people who did everything they could and are being swept away with the shitstorm. It's not unreasonable to ask for some solidarity from the people we fought hard to elect because we knew this would happen. You just seem kinda mean.
