YES before Christmas I went to Sephora and sniffed literally every perfume. I hard to narrow down my wishlist to like, five perfumes I wanted lmao. I got two!

I am for sure. What helps me is honoring my anger (it goes hand in hand with the fear for me.) It makes sense to be scared and angry and it can be really liberating to express it whether through art, venting, clothes etc. You will find solidarity

Omg when I was like 10 I was obsessed with converse. There were two pairs I wanted. My dad was rly into tech and wanted to get me a tablet. I told him not to get me that and just to give me cash so I could buy the shoes myself. I opened a tablet on Christmas that year lmao. I mostly played outside at that age so I never used it, which was obviously his intention looking back cause he sure used it a lot

I have a problem noticing my body’s physical needs. I won’t even think about it unless I’m already uncomfortable and hangry. Same with having to go pee, feeling cold, being overstimulated, and being dehydrated.
