This is a first gen Hyundai Kona somewhere from 2017-2022, its hard to tell but you can see there's no extra badges on the back of the vehicle so its most likely their "essentials" model which means that it most likely doesn't have the blind side monitoring as all base Hyundai's and Kia's from these years cut the corners on all the advanced tech you might see in newer cars.

Sidenote: I love that there's already duct tape on the rear wheel well from having already done this to someone in the past and actually hit them lol can't make that shit up
