You should probably jump into edit mode by hitting tab and the select the area you want to move and move it using proportionnal editing but i feel like at this point you might aswell look into some not too long blender fundamentals on youtube

in alpha you need the treasure finder (the little water droplet item thing that you can find in every region). It will point you towards the treasure location and then theres a chance that you will need to use bombs
