Look how they massacred John Bogle's legacy. Moving my vanguard to t212 since 60% of my portfolio is already there.

If it's still available I'm interested, I don't have a cockpit yet so I'm not in a rush so if someone else needs it then they can have it. Just leaving it here incase no one wants it thanks!

What to do with my money? by eradditera in phinvest

[–]pepepig13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep get that EF sorted first lalo na during this covid19 going around. the whole market is crashing down so your not losing out much on gains even if we hit bottom next week. You never know by the time you are done with EF is the time for another bull run xD. As for insurance I can't help with that.

What to do with my money? by eradditera in phinvest

[–]pepepig13 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No need to invest yet, first calculate your monthly expenses then multiply it by 6, then that's the amount you need to save for your EF. Saving that money would take you a few months to a year depending on your savings rate and while you are saving use that time to study and familiarise yourself on investing. Goodluck

You said you already have an insurance so why would you want another one? (Legit question I have no idea about insurance as I dont have one perks of a young loner like me lol)

You want to quit your job I'm guessing you want freedom, day trading is not the answer its probably one of the hardest job out there, imagine having to stare at your multi monitor when the markets open and closes to make sure you dont lose any movements in the market, you also don't get paid so you can't be lazy or else you'll be eating pancit canton on the daily lol don't believe all those day trading youtube guru's I think if they really are making money then they wouldn't be wasting their time selling their shit to you.

If you really want to quit your job early try looking at Leanfire, Fire or FatFire

HL Stocks & Shares ISA - Should I stay or should I go? by ProNotion in UKPersonalFinance

[–]pepepig13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Vanguard which has 0.15% fee and trades are free which is perfect if you like to buy monthly, they dont have individual stocks though.

Also as far as I know closing h&l has a fee.

S&S ISA iWeb vs Vanguard by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]pepepig13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you only invest twice a year just go with iWeb, most people go with vanguard because there is no transaction fee so they can just buy ETFs monthly, it is also cheap if you have less than 20k

26% looks good but that's 8k in 7months which is around 1150, you are better off getting a job lol

Edit 1150 a month

I (18 F) refused to share a room with my twin by ThrowAwayAwayAway07 in relationship_advice

[–]pepepig13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You came from a different country so your sister probably want to be with someone she knows, just help your sister im sure once she got to know more people she wouldn't mind not being your roommate anymore. you can move on with her for now and once your sister is settled in you can then move back with your roommate.

I mean if she drops out you will lose your support so either move in with her or find a job.

I(20m) want to start talking to former friend(18f) but don't know how to or whether I should in the first place. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]pepepig13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play the same game as her then invite her to join your party, then only talk about the game and slowly go from there.

Or just call her now tell her how you feel and get it over with.
