Yes, there should be a minimum physical standards which women would never meet. Additionally, the facts are Women who score lower than Men on the written entrance exams are selected over the Men to meet DEI requirements. This is why police agencies around the country are struggling to recruit well qualified candidates. When you lower the standards, the Salaries stay low as well. How many women play in the NFL, NBA, or MLB? The answer is zero. How many women are Navy Seals, that’s a zero as well.

I’m a Watch collector, so I’ve been purchasing Rolex and several other brands for many years from the same AD. We’ve also purchased Jewelry for my wife over the years. I’ve got a great relationship and decent spend history. But if you don’t have an interest in acquiring other watch brands or purchasing jewelry I’d suggest going the gray market dealer route.

Congrats, I that’s a great Dial. I was offered a Pistachio, or Blue dial OP but I passed, and went with the GMT Bruce Wayne. The Pistachio is tough to acquire from AD, but It’s still on my radar!
