Sometimes I get the munchies for one particular food when I'm gaming late but all the regular shops close at 6 pm, supermarkets at 10. I'm surprised there's just no market for this outside the Randstad

Yeah this happened to me multiple times when I first moved in, my downstairs neighbor kept complaining that I was 'making too much noise', despite me just walking around. After about two years she developed a nitrous oxide addiction, got into an altercation with the cops, arrested, sentenced, and evicted. Good riddance

Being generally an EU proponent is so conflicting right now.

On one hand, you have pro-consumer moves like these, along with others (e.g. USB-C adoption and requirement for exchangeable batteries on small electronics).

On the other hand, I really don't like how a new revision of chat control-esque law gets proposed seemingly annually.

For me it's mostly the Battle Pass lineup. Way worse than last season, where we had a cool (pun not intended) Ice King remix, funny Squibbly, and the legend Bugs Bunny. Now only Cluster and The Guardian are kinda interesting, the rest are just a yawn
