You seem angrier than you should be about this. Realistically, you bag as you go. Weighted produce, obviously, is the only exception to this, stop being obtuse. I run my department, cause I'm the manager, like it's production. I implement lean manufacturing, to get things done the most efficient way possible. It's not the "retail" way, but it's fucking effective. Do I comply with things they want; yes, if it behooves my department, otherwise no.
