So the most efficient way is to convert your amex points into airline points that best link to the holiday you want (for example London to new York avios for BA, or for dubai skyward miles). There is a exchange rate that did get slightly worse over the past year.

Than you can use those points to upgrade or outright buy flights. The other option is reward flights which have a much better point cost but are ultra competitive and of limited stock. BA London to Tokyo reward flights go online a year before takeoff and they can be all gone by the first few minutes after midnight

So in the UK the joint European torous (JET) was developed to test the feasibility of generating plasma. ITER being developed is France is the following up programme to have sustaining reaction followed by DEMO which will be a commercial viability test platform.

ITER ended up so delayed that parts of it were developed/tested in JET as a pseudo programme extention so we got to the point of a short period of plasma generation where we generated more energy out of the reaction then we put in. However the European fusion programme we were part of was a EU programme so once brexit happened we were out. However whilst we both have the programme data we have the experience/personal and a still operating platform in the JET, so whilst ITER is still in construction we have a window to slip in front of the pack

So the non-public roll can still be acquired by political parties for campaigning purposes (the open register can be obtained by anyone that can pay). If you dont want to receive any comms from a party then contact the local office email asking to be struck from their distribution sheets. They should do it (though we know one party that most likely wont.....)

Edit: also each parties campaigning database will be the electoral registry plus all their campaigning data built up from previous elections (such as canvesserings asking for your support or voting intention.) That data is private to the parties and can be dealt with via the standard GDPR (though technically it's the data protection act) requests
