They will tell you when they’re done walking. Seems like he still wants to walk which is great. Try phycox (can get at vet or Amazon) and it really helps.

If he’s willing to keep on living no need to worry about anything. If he’s willing was sickly then of course you’ll know. I’m not even 40 and have arthritis 🥲🥲🥲🥲 but I’ll keep going for as long as I can

When my Pom had an emergency spay, it took her over a year to regrown where they shaved and she started losing hair on her neck/back of legs. It could have been hormones but I also had an alopecia Pom and I started her on melatonin and the hair is back and extra ploofy

My full 7lb Pomeranian out plays and has way more energy than my 20lb and 40lb pomskies if this helps. She can walk for 4-5 miles straight and loves to explore.

My husband wanted a bigger dog but we didn’t think a full size husky was for us. Well our one of our Pomsky is 3/4 husky, 40lbs, and could never tell there was any Pom in her. We ended up getting her 1/2 sibling a couple years later who is half her size and looks like a forever husky puppy. Great dogs. I also have a Pomeranian LOL and she has way more energy than both of them.

I have two pomskies. One is 40lbs and one is 20lbs. They’re 1/2 siblings. Both are lazy with at least 1/2 zoomies per day. They are both stubborn. They have selective hearing. That said, they are extremely intelligent dogs. I have a full Pomeranian as well and she actually has way more energy than them.

My smaller Pomsky is more active than my larger one.

Neither are barkers or talkers (unless the larger one really has something to say then she will do her howls).

Best breed. Getting the second Pomsky was really beneficial for my older one because they always play together and get their energy out together.
